About YCC Hollywood
The Yucca Corridor Coalition of Property Owners and Mangers (YCC) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization founded with the mission to improve the quality of life for those who live in, work in, and visit Hollywood, CA, especially in the Yucca Corridor located at the northern edge of the community. YCC's most visible project is the northern "Gateway to Hollywood" triangle median located at the corner of Franklin Ave. and Cahuenga Blvd.

Gateway to Hollywood
The "Gateway to Hollywood" is a median located at the intersection of Franklin Ave. and Cahuenga Blvd. at the northern egress to Hollywood. The landscaping includes a 25-foot triangular tower featuring the word "HOLLYWOOD," viewed by millions of locals and visitors entering or leaving Hollywood annually. YCC assists the city of L.A. in managing this median.

Light Your Legacy!
"Light Your Legacy! is a fundraising campaign by Visionary Enterprises in collaboration with the YCC to raise the money to light the triangular "HOLLYWOOD" sign in the northern "Gateway to Hollywood" median located at the intersection of Cahuenga Blvd. and Franklin Ave. This endowment will also complete the landscaping and maintain the median in perpetuity in the name of the donor.

Gateway to Hollywood
The “Gateway to Hollywood” Project is one of the cornerstones of the Yucca Corridor Coalition (YCC).
The “Gateway to Hollywood” triangular median is located at the intersections of Cahuenga Blvd., Wilcox Ave. and Franklin Ave.
Part of the landscaping of the median is a 30-foot triangular sign displaying the word “HOLLYWOOD.” This sign is visible by over 8 million residents and visitors who enter or leave Hollywood, or visit the Hollywood Bowl, along this northern corridor route.
In December, 2010, in collaboration with Visionary Enterprises, YCC is embarking on a significant fundraising campaign dedicated to raising the funds to light the “HOLLYWOOD” sign and endow the median’s maintenance in perpetuity in the name of the individual, company or organizational donor.

The organization works with the city of Los Angeles on community beautification projects, especially in the Yucca Corridor.
YCC is also responsible for assisting in the improvement and maintenance of the norther “Gateway to Hollywood” triangular median at the intersection of Cahuunga Blvd. and Frankin Ave., which includes the 30-foot triangular “HOLLYWOOD” sign.
