INTRODUCTION

The Yucca Corridor Coalition, since 1994, has successfully addressed quality of life issues in the Yucca Corridor, including crime, substandard housing, lack of services, and beautification. The Appendices contains a history of the organization (The Yucca Corridor).

Having successfully spearheaded the development and construction of the Yucca Mini Park, the establishment of the Cherokee Community Service Center, and several beautification projects, YCC has demonstrated its ability to serve the community through development of partnerships to establish additional amenities in the area.

Statement of Problem/Need
